4 New York strip steaks, cut 3/4-inch thick (about 3/4-pound each)
1 package McCormick® Grill Mates® Southwest Marinade
1/2 cup ketchup
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

1. Trim excess fat from steaks.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the sauce.
3. Grill steaks over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Brush steaks with sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Serve steaks with reserved sauce.
